I'm setting weekly goals but I decided to set them on Thursdays since I go to weight watchers on that day. So this week's goal is to exercise 3 times using my new Wii game. I've done it once so far. I also want to track my points and I'm trying to but that is just a pre-goal which means I will not focus on it till next week. I want to make exercising a habit so I might have two goals some weeks. Starting out though the exercise goal is number one but I am being better with my food. I'm not eating a bunch of junk food in other words. I'm eating more fruits and veggies instead but I am still not tracking points yet.
