So I bought a Wii fit to start me out. I also bought The Biggest Loser game and have used it once since I bought it. So my goal this week is to use the game 3 times for at least 15 minutes. That's my number one goal. My side goal is to watch what I normally eat in a week and be aware of the junk food and how much I am eating. I'll post again on Dec. 14 how my goal went and if I achieved it. Stay tuned for next week. :)
